Charter Training - PhonepayPlus
PhonepayPlus has recently engaged Senan Solutions to undertake the development of a training program to enable staff to get the most from their case management system, Charter.
The project is a process based iniative which will not only show users how to use a system, but also how the system fits into their day and the work they undertake.

While this project incorporates an implementation of the practice and culture of a purchase ordering process, a large training program is also being designed to educate all staff into the use of QLx and how purchase ordering will change how the organisation works.

NCVO takes staff development very seriously, IT training plays a key role within this strategy. Over the past 10 years, through effective training needs analysis, Senan has been able to provide training that is sensitive to the needs of NCVO. The outcome of using Senan is that NCVO has an IT literate workforce that works more effectively towards achieving the organisations goals.
